You won’t just be responsible for communications – you’ll actively shape how our influencer campaigns are created, executed, and grow successfully.

Tasks.

Influencer Research & Acquisition

✔Discover exciting influencers and content creators on Instagram and TikTok

✔Research and evaluate new influencers and recruit them for collaborations

✔Independently reach out to and communicate with influencers and their management teams

✔Build and maintain long-term relationships with our influencers

✔Spot new trends, creators, and exciting collaboration opportunities early

Influencer Management & Partnerships

✔ Manage influencer partnerships from the initial inquiry through publication

✔ Create briefs and develop creative campaign ideas

✔ Coordinate products, outfits, and content with our influencers

✔ Organize and coordinate partnerships, shipping, and publication dates

✔ Ensure that agreed-upon content is published on time and to a high standard

✔ Close collaboration with our marketing and content team

Performance & Growth

✔ Analyze and document the results of our influencer partnerships

✔ Analyze sales, reach, clicks, and orders

✔ Identify successful influencers and develop them over the long term

✔ Come up with new ideas to make our influencer campaigns even more successful

✔ Develop a sense for which influencers drive not just reach, but also sales

What you bring.

Passion for fashion, social media, and influencer marketing

A good feel for Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

Enjoy meeting new people and building connections

Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor

A structured, reliable, and independent approach to work

Creativity and the motivation to contribute your own ideas

Interest in numbers, marketing, and e-commerce

Negotiation skills and a good understanding of economic relationships

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English

Initial experience in influencer marketing is an advantage, but not a requirement

Motivated career changers with a strong understanding of social media are also welcome!
