About meluya.

meluya is a brand for muslin bedding and home textiles. To further expand its influencer marketing, meluya is looking for someone who can find suitable creators, independently manage collaborations, and develop long-term partnerships.

Do you enjoy discovering new creators, inspiring people to collaborate, and keeping track of several ongoing collaborations at once? At meluya, you will oversee collaborations from the initial contact through evaluation, directly contributing to the continued development of the brand.

Your tasks.

Negotiation and booking: You obtain offers and insights, negotiate prices and services, and agree on publication dates.

Briefing and implementation: You coordinate product selection and shipping, prepare briefings, and keep track of the agreed content and deadlines.

Organization and documentation: You document agreements, maintain influencer contacts, and follow up when information or results are missing.

Evaluation: You record the results of the collaborations and assess which partnerships are economically worthwhile for meluya.

Long-term collaboration: You manage existing contacts and plan further collaborations with suitable creators together with the team.

What you bring:

Practical experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or managing collaborations, ideally at a brand or agency.

A good understanding of Instagram and a sense of which creators, content, and target audiences are a good fit for meluya.

Enjoyment of interacting with people and a willingness to independently discuss and renegotiate terms.

A structured and reliable approach to work: Even when managing several collaborations in parallel, you keep track of agreements and deadlines.

Confidence working with spreadsheets and numbers, along with an interest in understanding the economic success of partnerships.

Experience in interior design, home & living, or lifestyle is a plus.

  • 100% Remote: You can work from anywhere within Germany.
  • Flexible working hours: You can arrange your working hours flexibly. At meluya, your results are the focus.
  • Trust-based collaboration: Even short-notice days off can be arranged easily with a brief message.
  • Time to relax: 30 days of vacation plus your birthday off.
  • Flat hierarchies: Direct coordination and short decision-making paths.
  • Salary and performance-based compensation: €42,000–€60,000 annual salary plus a performance-based bonus for successful partnerships.
