If you notice that one of your products has a hole, you can rely on our Anti-Hole Guarantee. Up to twelve months after purchase, we will easily and quickly replace your basics with holes. Our comprehensive product warranty also applies to items where you notice a manufacturing defect right away. No matter what is wrong with your item, contact our service team. Whether boxers, thongs, or socks – we will find a solution and provide a replacement for you.
